About SewaPay
Pay Nepal bills and top-ups from anywhere in the world.
1. What we do
SewaPay is for two kinds of people. Nepalis living abroad use it to take care of payments back home — topping up a parent's phone, paying the electricity bill, renewing the internet — in a minute, with the card already in their wallet. Visitors use it to sort out getting around Nepal before they land: an airport pickup, a private jeep, or seats on a tourist bus, at a fixed price.
- Mobile top-ups and data packs for Ncell and Nepal Telecom
- Electricity (NEA) and water (KUKL and community Khanepani) bills
- TV: DishHome, NetTV, MaxTV and SimTV
- Internet: WorldLink, Vianet, Subisu and NT FTTH
- Travel: airport pickups, private cars, jeeps and Hiace vans with a driver, and tourist bus tickets — see routes and prices
2. How it works
- Choose a service and enter the number or account. For bills, we fetch the amount due from the provider.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in US dollars. The total, fees included, is shown before you pay.
- We deliver it instantly and email your receipt.
3. Safe by design
Card payments go through a PCI-DSS certified processor with 3-D Secure — SewaPay never sees your card number. Payments in Nepal are delivered through licensed payment partners. If something can't be delivered, you get your money back: see our Refund Policy.
